    I don't understand. Should I make a white neon border when he dunks? Or make a slight white fade onto the gif itself?

    you can do it a couple of ways

    - take the original you sent - copy the white lettering and paste it over the top for about 4-5slides
    - make the text glow for 3-5 slides
    - as you said fade the slides into white

    No problem fam. The key is cutting out repetitive frames and changing your delay around basically.
